If you’ve got a proven track record in grocery retailing or are looking for an exciting retail challenge and want to run your own business, we may have just what you are looking for!
Each of our forecourts is run by a self-employed ‘Contract Manager’ who sells their own shop stock and employs all of the staff. MFG also pays you commission for the sale of fuel and other products.
Occasionally we advertise vacancies here. Before doing so, priority is given to those who have already completed MFG’s industry-leading training programme.
In 2021 81% of all vacancies were filled by those who had benefitted from MFG’s training. The remaining sites were taken on by existing contract managers who wanted to grow their business.
